Ultimate Reset Phase 1: Day – 5

I probably smell like a walking peppermint stick, but I don’t care.

I think I literally passed out last night. Maybe even blacked out from being exhausted. I woke up feeling very achy, even my lower teeth hurt.  After my shower I lotioned up my body with the Deep Blue Cream Lori gave me.  I probably smell like a walking peppermint stick, but I don’t care. That stuff really truly works!  My aches were going away before I even left the house.

I’ve been noticing all week how much more focused and clear my mind has been.  It’s like my brain has had a spring cleaning. I’ve also noticed I’m very calm and relaxed. I’m not feeling any anxiety or stress. I can’t even pin point the last time I felt this way.  Even though my body is tired from it working so hard at restoring it.  My brain is fully energized, awake, clear and ready to go. I keep wondering how long all of these positive changes will last after the Ultimate Reset is over. There is a maintenance guide for after the 21 days and I want to look into it. I don’t want to fall off track and go back to my bad habits once I am finished.

I’m still amazed how much food we get to eat everyday and how delicious they are.

I felt pretty good most of the day, except for some aches in my neck. On my car ride home from work I started feeling super tired.  Then came the bloating, leg pain, and a slight headache.  I really didn’t think I was going to have the energy to prepare dinner and tomorrows meals but somehow my energy came back the second I walked in the door.
